Process

I used a monochrome colour palette with a unique Text Effect and layered objects to display him on an unusual seat with a graffiti spray displayed behind.

Outcome

The Design conveys Ablohs calm attitude and mindset, showcasing my ability to compose different layers and masks as well as different artistic techniques.

Process

I incorporated multiple factors that define Samuels Ross's work like his colour Pallete and concrete materials by utilising blank space and the background. Furthermore, I used the same text effect as Virgil Ablohs due to them having worked together and matching the overall aesthetic.

I feel like this Poster matches Samuel Ross's design process well. This helped me to work with Layering, Masking and Proportions.

Kanye West's artistic bold approach and unique perspective to create innovative Art have always inspired me. I used what I felt were his biggest factors about him; family, music, and fashion, to create a nice coherent Poster.

Process

I had to idealise different ways I could portray my view of West and I did that by giving him everything he feels most close to. I collected many moments of his life in fashion, music and family to add them all together. Also, I used a clear text effect that doesn't grab much focus on itself to keep it on his shirt.

Outcome

This edit made me use different methods of layering and masking to create a page of memories and then put filters and overlays on it to make it match the fabric. I also explored text effects and more texturing.

Santan Dave's experiences with his past, wordplay and his process of storytelling and making music inspire me heavily in working to better myself and reflect. I focused on portraying his songs and emotions as well as using a simple colour palette.

Process

Multiple mockups and ideations were made to this piece but settled with a simple portrait and written name and his famous heart attack lights. In addition, including a popular lyric and textured overlays to finish it up.

Outcome
